Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns; return charges apply.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as received.

  • The product shows normal handling only; any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  • Any defect has been identified immediately upon receipt of the product.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially approved within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must take the following steps to initiate the return process:

Make sure your email includes the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Do not send the return to the original sender. We will provide the correct return address after your request.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

The consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have received the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and cancellation is not possible once the goods are in transit.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ashbourne & Co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


Note on Goods in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.

You may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel. To ensure the fastest possible refund, we ask that you send us shipping confirmation of your return.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (and excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
